We will first start by being well settled inside the body and see how we feel. If there are any tensions, simply be in agreement with this and if we are feeling well, if we are full of vibrations, we can delight in them a little bit before continuing the inquiry. I would remind you that the topic is: « Is there a singularity? ». We have searched at the thoughts level and for the time being we have not found any certainty about the existence of a singularity. Thus, we will consider the topic of the body: can we find out at the body level what would allow us to identify a singularity?

What I am proposing is to look a little bit at the body basis. How this body is conceived, i.e. by the result of the encounter, a priori, between an ovum and a sperm cell. And here we think: « Hey, for the singularity, something is not right. » We end up with 1 while we are 1+1 early on. It is odd. We may have to revise our math. So, the ovum, the sperm cell, and this leads to 1. OK, but that’s not all. In fact, in the end we could say that there is a kind of alchemy at that time which launches the cell multiplication and all is done by the supply of food by the blood, either directly through the umbilical cord in the mother’s belly, or thereafter by ingesting food, which enables the body to grow and to function.

Here we end up with another math problem: if we take the example of an apple, this apple which is alive. If I take the seeds of this apple and plant them, I can have a tree. If there is a tree it can be deducted that there is life. Thus the apple is alive. Thus, if I eat the apple… But I was already at 1+1 = 1 and if I eat the apple, then I add +1 again and I am still at 1. Actually, this is math. Funny! And here we can clearly see that there is something only working from the time I define the body as a singularity. Then after, whatever this body ingests, I would consider that this body integrates it but, if I first look at the body without defining it as a singularity, trying to see where the singularity would be at the body level, it is clear that we can’t see it, we can’t find it as actually, this is an accumulation. There is a kind of fireworks. As Sri Nisargadatta said : « The body comes into being from the pleasure of two other beings », and it grows by food intake. Therefore, when does the singularity show up at that point?

But, we always have our senses to reassure us because what we are saying is Ok, this is just theory but, in practice, we see that we have a body separated from that of our neighbour. There are separate bodies: if it is the neighbour who eats the apple, it is not me who eats….

Thus, the body constitution, at the beginning, does not allow us to find the singularity, but there is still a part of ourselves that establishes it, which is : the senses. We can see our body, we can see other bodies and that goes back to a meditation I had previously proposed which is: « Can we trust the senses ? » ( http://www.air-celebration.org/ewb_pages/a/air-francais-enquete-session_02_-_meditation_02_-_les_sens-6991.php ). Because from a very rapid point of view, it is clear that there is a problem about finding singularity at the body level and that these are the senses that give us the information that there is singularity. So, without redoing all what we considered at that time, simply, sight….:

« If I can see it, therefore necessarily that’s what it is. » To ensure an image, let’s say a clear one and a continuity of this image, for the silent films, they needed eighteen images per second. There, we have the feeling of a continuous trick, yet it is these eighteen images which do that. But when we see that, it looks like this movement is real…

Therefore, the funny thing is that in modern cinema we have moved to twenty four images per second but not for sight, as at eighteen images per second we have no issues at the image level, but for sound. Twenty four images per second are needed to obtain a continuous sound. That, too, is interesting, i.e. in fact we have a sound which is discontinuous but we can hear it on a continuous basis…

And we can also see it simply by the fact that our sight can only see one specific frequency, therefore, can see only some aspects (finally can only see the frequencies of the world to which we adhere) and thus we may think: « Well, that’s necessarily it since that is what we see. » Actually it is rather like the story of the chicken and the egg: is the world like this because we see it like this? As soon as the vision frequency is changed we will see completely differently. In infrared, things that can’t otherwise be seen are seen…

Consequently, it goes back to the question: can I trust the senses regarding the existence of a separate body? I acknowledge that at the time of the body creation, the singularity is not there, it is already 2 and not 1. In addition, it is known that our body is made up of a vacuum at 99,99999 %. Roughly it is not 100 % because we don’t know what is in the 0,00001 %. Therefore, our senses tell us that our body is full and separated, while we know it is empty. Can we trust our senses about the fact that our body would be separated ?....

Actually, in some countries, they no longer validate the witnesses in court cases. An eye witness has no longer any value because they have actually realised that all was interpreted, transformed depending on the coherence of the person who looks. Therefore if we wish to see a separate body, perhaps we can see it, but if our body is empty, that the whole is empty at 99,99999 %, can’t we imagine that this vacuum is, in fact, that which upholds the Creation? And what, indeed, might seem united?

So there, I don’t ask you to adhere to the idea that that’s how it is. Simply, up to now, maybe we worked with the idea that: « I have a separate body » and especially: « I have a body which is the proof of my singularity. » Here, we have not demonstrated that there was no singularity, we have simply demonstrated that we were not able, for the moment, to demonstrate the singularity, that is already a big step…

Then, I would suggest to already take a few minutes for trying to observe, inside ourselves, if it makes sense…

Always by observing the body, we are going to observe an aspect that is rather amazing, which is that the physical aspect of the body (we have seen that) is empty but always moving. Let’s say there is a frequency of atoms movement….

Sight, in fact, our vision spectrum (we talk about that) has a certain frequency and what we can hear is a certain frequency…

This also allows us to ask the question: Is not all simply a frequency?...

And if the senses were a frequency of this body, like the senses we use to see the world? This would be a little more difficult to see, in any case to imagine a singularity…

There would be a frequency I could perceive. We know that there are also frequencies which are not visible by our senses, which are around the body, more broadly. Therefore, at a certain time, some aspects of our etheric body will meet and melt with other etheric bodies. If we also take the example of breathing: at each moment I inhale some air, I exhale some, thus at a certain time there would be some air outside which would become my body and a part which would come out of it…

It is clear that something is wrong, in terms of consistency. If we put all the information one after another: there is a perception of a separate body which seems clear, and when accumulating all what we know, very rapidly, it is clear there is something that does not fit, even if we can’t see what. Now I would like to suggest a little exercise which is, for the moment, to accept the idea that this body does not really exist (well, that you are not concerned) and to accept that you are this vacuum inside the body, that you are the vacuum which surrounds the body…

And the overall vacuum of the Creation…

To better perceive it, we realise that we should, for a while, forget the senses and if we keep on adhering to what the senses emit, then this takes us back to the body…

Let’s put the senses aside saying: « This is information we will see later. » Here what interests us is: in what I feel in my own life can I fill up the whole Universe, the whole Creation?

What is striking at this moment is that Peace and quietness are there…

Perhaps you can re-open yourself to the senses, while remaining in this vastness and keep on being the vacuum which is filled with the whole Creation at 99,99999 %…

Therefore we will re-open the eyes and stay connected with this experience…

And thereby you will be able to observe, within you, beyond words, if there is the presence of a reasonable doubt that there is a singularity at the body level, that the body would demonstrate there is a singularity…

If there is any doubt, if there is no certainty that the body can attest of a singularity, therefore it is greatly sufficient to continue as up to now, without really asking the question, we always adhere to the fact that there was a singularity at the body level. For the anecdote and to end on a slightly more optimistic note, it is still surprising that we live within a truth or an illusion (as you wish to name it) formed with vacuum at 99,99999 % and that we are only interested by the remaining 0,00001 % of we don’t know what, acting as if these 99,99999 % were not important, while at the same time science tell us otherwise. In general, what is infinitely small we forget and priority is given to what requires a larger place, what is more important But, in our daily life, we are doing the exact opposite: we are only taking care of the 0,00001 % and all is being made to protect it. What is inside is not known but on the contrary the 99,99999 % does not interest us, it does not exist.

Let’s stop there for the moment.
